Breve is considered to be a “shortened” version of the latte.
Due to the fast pace of life in cities, people have less time to enjoy a large portion of coffee, which is why a “short” version of espresso with milk has appeared.
It is believed that the Breve coffee recipe was invented in the United States at the beginning of the 21st century. but nevertheless,
the discoverer of the drink was clearly an Italian barista: breve means short in Italian.
Preparation:
1. Heat the cream.
2. Whisk the milk, tap the pitcher on the table a little to make the foam thicken.
3. Brew a shot of espresso.
4. If necessary, add sugar.
5. Pour the cream into the coffee in a thin stream (so as not to break the espresso froth).
6. Add milk foam, you can draw something in the style of latte art with it.
7. If desired, decorate the drink with ground cinnamon or grated chocolate
