In fact, this is the usual version of coffee with milk in Spanish. This is a favorite coffee drink of almost all Spaniards and an excellent addition to cookies and sweet pastries.
Ingredients:
1.30 ml strong espresso
2.30 ml milk (about 2/3 cup)
3.Sugar of your choice
Cooking method:
- Prepare an espresso in a coffee machine, a French press, or in any way convenient for you
- Bring milk to a boil, but do not boil
- In a cup, mix coffee and milk 1: 3
- Add sugar to taste
