Coffee Bombon

Ingredients:

3 oz espresso
3 oz condensed milk
3 oz heavy whipping cream
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla for flavor
2.5 teaspoon cocoa powder or chocolate powder

 

 This coffee drink is very popular in Spain for its sweet creamy taste. 

This drink is made from condensed milk and espresso, usually in a 1: 1 ratio. 

It is served in small glass, clear glasses so you can see perfectly equal layers of milk and coffee.

 

 How to prepare Coffee Bombon:

  1. Beat the vanillin (extract) and cream until smooth, you can use a mixer or whisk to whisk
  2. Prepare 3 ounces of espresso
  3. Pour espresso into a special glass cup
  4. Add condensed milk to the cup, the ratio should be 1: 1
  5. Top with whipped cream
  6. Add cocoa powder or chocolate chips
  7. Serve with a spoon
